Carla Geyer

Carla has been an instructional designer for over 9 years. Previously a marine biologist and a military officer, her background of scientific rigor and military training have brought an efficiency and research-backed focus to creating training solutions and overall process improvements to client needs. 

She graduated from Boise State University with a Masters in Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning and the University of Washington with a Bachelors in Zoology. 

Originally from the Pacific Northwest but now simply a citizen of America, Carla lives and travels in her RV trailer around the western United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Stephanie DeLong

Steph has been an instructional designer for over 14 years. Her wide breadth of experience over corporate, non-profit, utility, higher education, and K12 organizations has created a powerful blend of strategic skills and effective solutions for clients.  

She graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Masters in Instructional Technology and a Bachelors in Elementary Education.

Steph lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, two daughters, and dog. She loves reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
